The full integration of Israel into a Western security arrangement as a logical answer to the Arab mergers of recent weeks was urged here today at a meeting of mid-western leaders of the Zionist Organization of America. A similar proposal was voiced at a luncheon symposium here of leading university educators of the Chicago area.
