Rabbi Amram Blau, Chief Rabbi of Argentina, arrived here today following a visit to Israel during which he conferred with numerous personalities on Jewish religious and educational problems.
Rabbi Blum, who is also professor of the Hebrew chair established at the University of Buenos Aires, will remain in the United States for about two weeks, during which he will visit a number of American universities and other institutions of higher learning.
