Chief Rabbi Yehuda Leib Levin of Moscow, sent a New Year’s greeting to Rabbi Arthur Schneier, head of the Appeal to Conscience Foundation, in which he voiced hope for “peace and harmony amongst the nations of the world,” Rabbi Schneier, who read the message to his congregation at Park East Synagogue during the Yom Kippur services, made its text public today.
