Elizabeth “B,” a Christian widow denied her husband’s pension rights because she served a year in jail during the Nazi regime for smuggling food into a Jewish old age home, has had her pension rights restored, it was learned here today. The action was taken by Finance Minister Dr. J. Margaretha, who personally reviewed the case.
