Agencies of the Cincinnati Jewish community announced today formation of a technical advisory committee to review the types of care needed by elderly members of the community who are served by its health and welfare agencies. A professional team will analyze the needs of the elderly and project the community’s future requirements.

The Associated Jewish Agencies have had a committee studying the problems of the aged for the last 18 months. Aaron M. Wiesen, chairman of the committee, said today that “up to now, the committee has concentrated on the institutional facilities and non-institutional services available to the older citizens. Now, we are ready to learn what types of care they require, medical, institutional and residential facilities, personal counselling, recreational and others.”
