The Aaron Naumburg scholarship, awarded each year to a student of City College for study at a European university during his junior year, has been granted to Elmer Jacob Frey, 254 E. 184th Street, Bronx, a sophomore, according to an announcement yesterday by President Frederick B. Robinson. The scholarship is worth $1,000.
