Heeding the plea of Walter N. Rothschild, campaign chairman of the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities, that Manhattan “give a fair share to Brooklyn,” twenty leaders of Manhattan’s coat and suit industry yesterday pledged $8,500 in support of the Brooklyn Federation’s current campaign for $543,500, according to Supreme Court Justice Mitchell May, president of the Federation. George Jablow has accepted the post of chairman of the division.
