A $50,000 advance to the Jewish Hospital here for the purchase of equipment and furnishings has been approved by the steering committee of the West Berlin City Parliament. The “bulk settlement” agreement, which involves $3 million, has not yet been ratified, despite years of protracted negotiations and promises.
