“The City of the Future,” a motion picture of town planning, will be exhibited and discussed by Dr. Warner Hegemann, European city planning expert, at an open meeting of the Housing Section of the Welfare Council of New York, in the auditorium of the New School for Social Research, 66 West 12th St., on Friday afternoon. Miss Harriet Townsend, chairman of the Housing Section, will preside at the meeting.
