Dr. Jacob R. Marcus, author of “The Rise and Destiny of the German Jew” and professor of history at the Hebrew Union College of Cincinnati, will address the recently organized Cleveland Zionist Society tonight (Monday) in Mahler Hall, the Temple, it was announced by Rabbi Abba Hillel Silver, president of the society.
