Morris Rothenberg, president of the Zionist Organization of America will arrive here tomorrow for a week-end crammed with activity, the peak of which comes Saturday evening when he opens a state-wide conference of Ohio Zionists at the Euclia Avenue Temple.
The conference, which will consider plans for an intensive drive in behalf of the extended Zionist program for the acceleration of the development of Palestine, will also prepare to launch the Zionist Roll Call and Palestine Day throughout Ohio.
Tomorrow Mr. Rothenberg will speak at the local Jewish Center on “The Jew in a World of Distress.” On Sunday the Zionist leaders will be guests of honor at a banquet celebrating the tenth anniversary of the Cleveland Bureau of Jewish Education.
At the Zionist parley plans will be discussed for participation in the national All-Jewish Conference for Palestine to be held in Washington next January. Rabbi Barnett R. Brickner, Rabbi James G Heller, A. H. Friedland and Ezra Shapiro are among those who will attend the sessions.
