Cleveland Jewish Center Case is Again Postponed

The trial in the suit brought by the Orthodox Cleveland committee against Rabbi Samuel Goldman and the board of directors of the Cleveland Jewish Center was postponed until January 3. The case was to have come up in the Court of Common Pleas tomorrow, December 8, but due to the lateness of the arrival of the depositions it was postponed.

Mrs. Julius Rosenwald is seriously lll in Michael Reese Hospital, Chicago.

She was taken to the hospital three weeks ago and has undergone two intestinal operations. Her condition was reported as much improved yesterday.

The new Jewish Community Center in Binghamton, N. Y. was dedicated this week.

David Cohen, president of the Jewish Community Center, Alderman Charles J. Pierson, Dan R. Hall, general secrtary of the Central Y. M. C. A.; the Rev. James W. Graves, president of the Binghamton Ministerial association; the Rt. Rev. Mgr. John J. McLoghlin. pastor of St. Patrick’s church, and Rabbi Bernard Heller, Scranton, were the speakers at the exercises.
