A coalition of the Agudas Israel and the Mizrachi in Palestine was urged today at a conference of the Agudah a European Executive. The proposal, submitted by Chaim Nussbaum, of the Netherlands, will be referred to the Jerusalem Rabbinical Council for decision. The conference also decided to hold the fourth world Agudah congress in Jerusalem next autumn.
