Col. Jacob Arvey, Chicago political leader, and Judge Henry Burman of Chicago, were received by Prime Minister David Ben Gurion today and, later, feted at a luncheon tendered by Foreign Minister Golda Meir. Prominent national and city officials attended the luncheon.
Col. Arvey and his wife yesterday inspected Neoth Yaacov, a reclamation and afforestation project being developed on a two-thousand dunam tract by Keren Kayemeth, and named after Col. Arvey.
