Colin Powell said he would try to attend an anti-Semitism conference in Berlin next month. On Monday, the U.S. secretary of state told a delegation from the World Jewish Congress that the April 28- 29 conference, sponsored by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, is on his calendar, and that he would like to attend, according to Elan Steinberg, the WJC’s executive vice president.
