Colby College adjourned all classes and required attendance for the first of a five-session seminar of Protestants, Catholics and Jews yesterday morning. Father S. J. Ahern of Weston College, Rabbi Beryl Cohon of Temple Israel, Boston, and Dr. Everett R. Clinchy, the director of the National Conference of Jews and Christians addressed the students.
For the first time in the history of the section, priests, ministers, rabbis, and lay and college officials dined together and joined in the discussion which followed the speeches made by the visiting clergymen.
