The International Jewish Colonization Society decided at a conference today to send two delegations to South America and one to South Africa to investigate settlement possibilities for Jewish refugees. Lewis J. Ruskin, Chicago merchant and member of the society’s provisional directorate, will go to Palestine shortly, it was announced.
