The State House of Representatives paused during the week-end and sent to the governor a fair employment practices act. The measure, approved by the House by a vote of 57 to 2, was earlier approved by the Colorado Senate. Acceptance by the Governor is a foregone conclusion since he had asked for such legislation. The bill bars discrimination because of race, creed or color in private or public employment.
