The world’s outstanding collection of Spinoza’s works and associated material, including some 4,000 items, was turned over to Columbia University today.
The donors are Dr. Simon L. Millner, director of the Spinoza House in the Hague; Mrs. Thomas S. Lamont, Corliss Lamont and Christian A. Zabriskie. The collection was formed by Adolph S. Oko and Carl Gebharft, both of whom have since died.
