Clothier, president of Rutgers University: Edward D. Duffield, former Ambassador Walter E. Edge, Mrs. Thomas A. Edison, Col. J. Lester Eisner, former Ambassador A bram I. Elkus, Federal Judge Phillip Forman, Mrs. Felix Fuld, Dr. Lillian M. Gilbreth, Michael Hollander, Professor Jacob G. Lipman of Rutgers; Thomas M. MacCarter, president of the Public Service Corporation; Alfred J. McCosker, Mrs. Dwight Morrow, Supreme Court Justice Joseph Perskie, Edward W. Scudder, pulisher of the Newark Evening News, and J. David Stern, publisher of the New York Evening Post. Mayor Harry Bachrach, of Atlantic City, is chairman of the committee and Mayor M. C. Ellenstein, of Newark, treasurer.
