A special committee to examine questions relating to the territories which are under the mandate of Great Britain or any of her dominions was formed at the British Imperial Conference.
This step was decided upon following a statement submitted to the conference by Col. Leopold H. Amery on the position of the colonies, protectorates and mandated territories.
