Noting that more than 500 Filipinos have made pilgrimages to Israel in the past seven years, Philippine Ambassador Enrique M. Garcia said that a communal farm based on the Israeli moshav will be established in his country. Mr. Garcia, speaking at the conclusion of “Philippine Week,” called for even greater Israeli-Philippine tourism and wider social and economic cooperation.”
