Diplomatic representatives of Russia, Poland and Czechoslovakia walked out of a United Nations forum here when a letter protesting anti-Semitism in Eastern European countries was read from the platform. The reader was Dr. Luis Garrido, president emeritus of the Mexican Committee for the UN, a body made up of non-governmental organizations that cooperate with the UN. The letter objecting to anti-Semitic policies in some Communist countries carried the signatures of major Mexican organizations including the Committee for Human Rights, the Trade Union Federation, the Confederation of Mexican Workers and the Academy for International Rights.
