Jewish members of the Comsomol, the Communist youth organization in White Russia, were prohibited from participating in the celebration of Passover in the family gatherings and festivals. The youths were warned against helping their parents to prepare for Passover and against attending the Seder services, and to refuse to eat Matzoth.

The members of the youth organization were urged to attend lectures and discussions which will be arranged on the Seder nights in the organization clubs.
