A number of young Communists created a great tumult at a Zionist meeting at which Isaac Gruenbaum, Polish deputy and Zionist leader, appeared to give a report of the meetings of the Zionist Actions Committee. The youthful Reds threw objects and generally disrupted the meeting.
Some young members of the Agudath Israel, World Orthodox Organization, also took part in the disturbance and called Gruenbaum a “traitor.” The police dispersed the trouble-makers and Gruenbaum continued with his address.
