Communist handbills were circulated in Hebron yesterday, calling upon the Arabs to rebel against the government, Zionists and landlords, to refuse to pay taxes and not to submit to collective punishment. The handbill also calls upon urban labor to join the Communist party and elect a revolutionary committee.
