Isa Kramer, concert singer, sailed Saturday for South America on board the Prince liner Southern Prince. Miss Kramer will make a three-month concert tour of that continent, after which she will sail for Palestine, where she also will give recitals. She will then make a concert tour of Europe and return to the United States next Spring.
