Morris Goldberg, whose murder in his store here on Saturday had been attribute to robbers, was killed by members of the Ku Klux Klan. Three boast full letters to this effect, all in the same handwriting, have been received. One letter was sent to the City Marshall, a second to Mrs. Goldberg, the murdered man’s widow, and the third was sent to a local paper. The letter to Mrs. Goldberg, which like all of the letters, was unsigned, and read as follows:

“We sent your husband into the next world. Beware.”
