Arab representatives at the meeting of the U.N. International Trade Organization being held here are demanding the right to continue ##ir boycott of goods produced in Jewish Palestine.
The conference, which is considering a proposed codification of rules of international trade which would bar unfair practices such as boycotts, yesterday heard a ## from Iraqi delegate Dr. Slaeh M. Haider that a boycott be sanctioned if it went ## effect before the projected trade charter was promulgated and if it was designed ## protect the national security or safeguard essential interests” of boycotting countries.
