Steps to unify forces engaged in anti-Nazi activities were taken today at a conference at the Hotel Edison, called by the Non-Sectarian anti-Nazi League and attended by about 150 delegates representing 149 national Jewish and non-Jewish organizations. Samuel Untermyer, president, presided. Resolutions were adopted to continue the anti-Nazi boycott, with all organizations represented at the conference unified under the League; to enlarge the League’s executive committee to include members from every State in the Union not yet represented; to mobilize the opinion and energies of Catholics and Protestants in the struggle to save the Church in Germany from the menace of Hitlerism and to organize a German-American branch of the League to counteract Nazi propaganda among German-Americans.
