The report of the inquiry committee and its recommendations were studied today by the British Empire Prime Ministers at their conference at 10 Downing Street.
The delegates were invited by Prime Minister Clement Attlee to offer their views on the commission’s conclusions. General discussion followed but no individual verdicts upon the report were given.
