The week-long conference of top Israel diplomats who have been summoned here from more than a dozen countries will conclude tomorrow in Jerusalem with a clear all-around picture of Israel’s stand among the nations and of the policies of the Israel Government with regard to complicated international problems.
Today’s sessions were devoted primarily to administrative and financial problems. The envoys were addressed by Haym Radai, secretary-general of Israel’s Foreign Ministry. In the evening a reception was given for the diplomats by Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett.
