A conference of representatives of Jewish communities in all nations in the British Commonwealth will be convened in London at the end of July, 1950, it was decided today by the Board of Deputies of British Jews.
The parley will discuss Israel, the protection of Jewish communities abroad, methods to counter anti-Semitism, extension of relief and rehabilitation assistance to Jews abroad and the charting of programs for Jewish education. Simultaneously, a meeting of the Coordinating Board of Jewish Organizations–the British and South African Boards of Deputies and the B’nai B’rith–will be held here.
