Congolese security officials arrested one Belgian and two Israeli diamond dealers as they prepared to board a flight from Kinshasa, Congo, to Belgium. Congolese authorities gave no reason for the arrests of the three, who work for an Israeli diamond company that is one of five authorized to export diamonds from the African nation.
