Congress Gets Bill Banning Circulation of Anti-semitic Literature by Mail

Rep. Walter A. Lynch, Democrat of New York, today introduced in the House of Representatives a bill providing a fine up to $5,000 and five years imprisonment for circulation through the mail of newspapers, magazines or other publications designed to stir up racial ill will. The bill was referred to the Post Office and Civil Service Committee.
