The State Department has received telegrams from Paul Knabenshue, American Consul in Jerusalem reporting the following American Jewish students killed at the Slobodka Yeshiva in Hebron, Palestine, Jacob C. Wexler, Chicago, Benjamin Hurwitz, New York.
Consul Knabenshue also reported that among the wounded were the following American students: Moses Feivel Mitovin, A. Dov Menkin, Eliezer Harbater and Moses Harbater. The last two are now with their parents in Jerusalem.
