Counsel for eleven Jews sentenced to prison terms up to eight years for participation in disorders in Przytyk last March 9 filed an appeal with the Court of Appeals today charging the court had disregarded testimony favoring the Jewish defendants and was motivated by bias against them.
The appeal came while the court was considering a motion filed by the public prosecutor for increasing the sentences of the convicted Jews.
