Chartered by the state to assist its members financially, the allance paid shareholde4rs a dividend of 6 per cent, and placed an equal amount to the surplus of the organization. The annual report revealed an increase in membership of 50 oer cent durig the past year, and no losses from 1930 to 1934, except for a deposit in one of the closed national banks.
