Cornell University for the first time is making kosher meals available in all cafeterias this fall, as opposed to the one small dining hall that previously served kosher food. The expansion of kosher options at the upstate New York school comes as two other East Coast schools — Mount Holyoke College and Dartmouth College — are opening facilities serving food that meets the standards of Jewish and Muslim dietary laws.
