A cornerstone was laid at Kfar Silver today for a cultural center to be named for Dr. Emanuel Neumann, chairman of the national executive of the Zionist Organization of America. Present at the exercises were delegates to the World Zionist Congress and many quests. The center will be built with funds contributed by Jack Verdi of San Francisco. Maxwell Abell of Chicago has made a contribution for the construction of a synagogue at Kfar Silver.
