Twenty-five newspapermen, mostly resident correspondents of the British and Jewish press, today visited Tel Mond, the colony named after Alfred Mond (Lord Melchett). The party was conducted over the newly-planted orange groves on the thousand dunam estate of the Palestine Plantations Company, which forms part of the 12,000 dunams acquired by Lord Meichett and his associates on the Plain of Sharon.
