The American Council for Judaism today announced that it has allocated from its philanthropie fund grants for 15 family units who returned from Israel and are now living in France and to 26 families who are now residing in Belgium as “illegal immigrants from Israel.” A grant was voted for the American Council for Emigres in the Professions which assists professionally and technically trained immigrants of all faiths to find positions.
