A detailed study of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, condensed from a more extensive analysis of the early history and development of that institution, was published today by the Budget Research Committee of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds. Mr. Jacob Bleustein of Baltimore is chairman of the Budget Research Committee.
The first completed research undertaking of the Committee, the Hebrew University study will be followed by similar analytical reports on other agencies supported by Jewish welfare funds. Studies of the World Ort Union, Histadruth and Hadassah are in preparation.
