The National Council of Jewish Women announced today plans for a “national birthday party” in 200 cities on Jan. 11 celebrating the 44th anniversary of the organization and the 79th birthday of Mrs. Hannah G. Solomon, of Chicago, its founder.
Climaxing celebrations throughout January, 17 women from seven countries of America and Europe will participate in an international radio broadcast. Council sections in United States and Canada will hold community meeting during the month.
