A course on Israel as a model for social change will be introduced in the curriculum of Michigan State University’s “Free University” next term under the auspices of the newly formed MSU chapter of American Professors for Peace in the Middle East. The chapter has more than 30 faculty members, many of whom will lecture in the “free university.” A new students group, Kadima-Students for Israel, has been organized at the university. Its first activity is to try to have courses in Hebrew included in the university curriculum.
