The Administrative Court of the State of Baden-Wurttemberg today over-ruled a lower court decision, thereby approving confiscation of neo-fascist materials published by the racist “Ludendorff Movement. “
Several truckloads of materials published by the movement were confiscated May 13, after a decision by the Conference of Provincial Interior Ministers which held that the “Ludendorff Movement” and its affiliated organizations were banned in the German Federal Republic.
The lower administrative court upheld a complaint against the confiscation by the “Ludendorff Movement. ” Leaders of the movement announced after today’s upset that they are appealing the confiscation order to the Supreme Court at Karlsruhe.
