The Court of Appeal yesterday upheld the death sentences of the two Arabs convicted of the slaying of Rabbi Kastel, and the death sentences of the two murderers of Maaman of Safed. One of the latter declared he is under eighteen years of age. The Court thereupon postponed final decision until this statement can be proved.
