The charges which the Nazi lawyer Ruef has brought against Dr. Chaim Weizmann, former president of the World Zionist Organization, accusing him of perjury in connection with his testimony at the “Protocols” trial last October, have been dismissed, the court announced today at the resumption of the trial.
The Nazi lawyer demanded that the court postpone decision on the charges against Dr. Weizmann until all other perjury charges are settled. The court rejected this demand.
