A 28-mile-wide crater on the moon will be named for the late Dr. Albert Einstein on the suggestion of the Washington Na### Observatory it was revealed this week end.
The observatory asked Dr. H. B. Wilkins, director of the British Astronomical Association’s lunar section to choose a crater. Dr. Wilkins’ nomination was “Simpelius D.” a crater near one named for Sir Isaac Newton.
