The Cuban Government has sent a message of felicitations to the newly-elected Israeli Government, it was announced here today. The Cuban Foreign Ministry also said that diplomatic relations between the two nations will be established soon. There is as yet no exchange of diplomatic representatives between Cuba and Israel.
